Yes. Members can suggest new templates, documents, trainings, or tools they would like added to the shared library. While individual custom documents are not created, each resource (with the exception of trainings) is provided as an editable file, allowing you to easily edit the content & text, add your own logo, colors, and business details before use.

All of our customizable documents are provided as a Canva Doc.

You will simply click the link to open it in your Canva account, where you can edit text, colors, logos, and layout. Then save it.

Because many resources are digital and instantly accessible, members receive access to all content upon joining. For this reason, membership fees are non-refundable. However, you can cancel anytime through your account settings. If you have any concerns, our team is happy to assist and ensure you get the most out of your membership!

No. Membership access and all AesthetIQ Collective templates, downloadable files, and training materials are licensed for individual use only, meaning they may not be shared, distributed, or resold in editable or template form.

However, members are fully allowed to use, customize, and implement these documents within their own business. This includes sharing finalized versions (such as policies, procedures, forms, and consents) with your employees, contractors, or patients as part of your normal operations.

Business owners may also grant employees access to our training courses for internal staff education.
All course completions are verified. Certificates tied to an email not associated with an active membership will be voided and cannot be validated in the future.

If another business or outside individual would benefit from our materials, they will need their own membership. This helps protect the integrity of our intellectual property and allows us to continue expanding the library for everyone.

No. AesthetIQ Collective does not provide hands-on injector training. Our focus is on supporting the business, compliance, and operational aspects of running a medical aesthetics practice. While we don’t offer clinical injection training, members have access to educational resources, templates, and guidance that help them build safe, compliant, and successful aesthetic businesses.
